Can't decide between the Base and the Base+? This quick guide will shed some light on the key differences.

Like all our bindings, both feature the same reliable FASTEC fast-entry system, a lightweight and sleek design, and fit any standard snowboard boot. So, what actually sets them apart?

1. Entry: fast vs. dual
The Base has fast entry. It only has one ratchet on the ankle strap for adjustment.
The Base+ has dual entry. With ratchets on both straps, you can use it like a classic binding, using the straps and ratchets, or like a fast-entry binding. That means more freedom, and more room to fine-tune your setup.

2. Padding: rubber vs. EVA
The Base comes with simple rubber inserts. The Base+ has a more advanced EVA footbed for extra comfort and shock absorption.

3. Colors
The Base+ comes in three colorways, one more than the Base. This season, the third is our new Mint.

Go Base if you're just starting out and want to keep it simple.
Go Base+ if you want the best bang for your buck: fast and classic entry, an EVA footbed and additional color option.
