At SP Bindings, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Returns Policy:
- 30-Day Return Window – You may return any new, unused product within 30 days of receipt.
- Condition – Products must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- Customer Responsibility – Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns.
- Refunds – Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What’s Eligible
- Products purchased directly from SP Bindings
- Products returned within 30 days that meet the condition requirements above.
What’s Not Eligible
- Products showing signs of use or damage.
- Products purchased second-hand or from other sellers.
- Returns sent without proof of purchase.
How to Make a Return
If you would like to return a product, please complete the request form with the following:
- Order Number - the number on your order confirmation/invoice.
- Reason for the return
- Please upload the proof of purchase and a few pictures pertaining to the request.
We’ll reply with the return address and next steps.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- If items are returned in non-resellable condition, a partial refund may be issued.
